- Dressing Room 1 : 3 Persons with Shower and Toilet on Stage Level (Close to Stage).
- Dressing Room 2 : 6 Persons with Shower and Toilet.
- Dressing Room 3 : 6 Persons with Shower and Toilet.
- Green Room can be used as large Dressing Room : 20 Persons, Provided with Fridge, Coffee and tea facilities and Video Show Relay.
- Crew Room with Internet Access and Microwave and Sink on Stage Level.
- Control Room with Lighting, Sound and Stage Management Positions.
- The Majority of shows require the use of the auditorium sound desk position in the last 2 rows of the Balcony (20 seats lost as a result).
- Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer located in Dressing Room 3.
- Stage Management Prompt Desk with 20 Cue Lights, Video Show Relay.

Stage Dimensions
- Width at Proscenium : 9.90 Metres.
- Depth : 6.80 Metres.
- Wing Space : 6 x 6 Metres each side,
Please note that there is a very low Technical Gallery above each of the wings - 2.40 m.
- Height to Proscenium : 5.10 Metres.
- Height to Grid : 7.60 Metres.
- There is the option to fill in the rows A and B and extend the stage by a further 2 Metres increasing the depth to 8 metres.
Get - In / Load - In Information
- Get - In Entrance is on the side of the Theatre on Axe Street, between 'The Captain Cook' Pub and The Broadway Theatre.
- There is parking at this side area for a maximum of 5 cars or 3 vans (please note that it is a public area and sometimes spaces are taken, there is an additional car park nearby).
- Stage is above ground floor level, access is via a long ramp and through a set of Double Doors, dimensions - 1.6m width x 1.9m Height.
Stage, Lighting, Sound and AV
- There are Full black Box Drapes installed in the theatre with a white Cyclorama backdrop.
- There are 17 Fly Bars which are 11.2 metres in length and are on a hemp double purchase flying system. Please note that they only have a limited capacity of 100kg load.
- There are 5 Lighting bars on winches with 450kg load.
- There is a semi Permanent Lighting Rig which consists of Martin 250+ moving lights and Scrollers with a Cyclorama Wash, backlight and Front of House Lighting positions.
- There is 1 x 3 Phase 125 Amp Mains Touring Power Supply and 1 x 63 Amp Single Phase Clean Earth Sound Power Supply in the backstage dock area.
- There is a permanent PA sound installation in the theatre, which can cater for most music, theatre and hire events.
- There is staging available consisting of Steeldeck and Sico Foldout staging in various configurations.
- There is a 3500 Lumin Projector permanently rigged in the theatre for use against Cyclorama.
Please Note All Set / Scenery and Props MUST be made of inherently flame-retardant materials or treated with an industry recognised flame retardant (e.g. 'Flambar'), before it arrives at theBroadway. This is to meet British standards EN 1021.
All Electrical Equipment brought in by companies must have passed a Portable Appliance Test (PAT) within the last 12 months. theBroadway technicians reserve the right to see documentation at any time.
Risk Assessments of any effects (pyrotechnics etc) or special requirements need to have been completed prior to arrival.
