Terms and conditions of sale
The Management reserves the right to:
- Demand that every member of the audience has a valid ticket
- Request that latecomers wait for a suitable interval for admission. Latecomers, if admitted, may be required to occupy different seats.
- Forbid the use of audio and video recording. Photography is not permitted in any part of the venue.
- Refuse the right of admission of the ticket holder to the premises or request that the ticket holder leave the premises and take appropriate measures to enforce such a request, if due cause has been given.
- Refuse the admission of unaccompanied children at the management's discression.
- Forbid the sale of tickets for commercial gain. Failure to comply will render the ticket null and void.
- Request that all mobile phones, pages and digital watches be silenced before entering the auditorium.
- To alter, vary or cancel the programme or cast for any resons beyond the managements control without notice and without being liable to pay compensation or damages whatsoever.
- Not refund tickets but The Broadway will try and resell any tickets at the management's discression at a cost of £1.00 for every ticket resold.
- Charge 50% of the total value of the booking total on reservations of 8 or more if cancelled 10 days prior to an event.
