Wheelchairs
If you use a wheelchair please advise us when booking, we can accommodate up to 5 wheelchair users in the stalls. The terms of our licence mean that wheelchair users must be accompanied during a performance, this ticket will be free.
Further wheelchair spaces may be available for larger groups for some performances. Please ring the Box Office to discuss your requirements. We will do our utmost to help with any requests.
Hearing enhancement
The auditorium is fitted with an infa-red headset system which can be used with or without a hearing aid which enables those audience members with hearing impairments to fully enjoy the show. The headsets can be borrowed from the Box Office before every show or simply switch the hearing Aid to T.
Toilet and Baby Changing Facilities
There are fully accessible toilets on all levels. Baby changing facilities are available on the foyer level.
Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs
Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs are welcome throughout the building. Please ask at the Box Office if your dog needs a dog bowl.
