Booking Information
Book Online
You can book tickets for all shows at the Broadway any time. Our booking system allows cutomers to choose their own seats and both full price and concession tickets are available.
Genrally, tickets will be posted out to you on request. However if you are booking for a show that is due to take place within a few days or your booking includes concessession tickets, will be available for collection at the Box Office. Please bring proof of concession if you are collecting concession tickets.
Box Office
Open for telephone callers Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm and up to half an hour before show start times on show nights. Please note we are closed on Mondays. Call 020 8507 5607. Or if you are in the area, just pop in during these hours.
Post
Send all your booking requirements including:
- The event you wish to book tickets for including date/time
- The number of tickets
- Cheque for the total value of the tickets purchased, made payable to The Broadway
- If you would like us to post your tickets to you, please add £1 to the face value of the tickets to cover postage and handling.

Terms & Conditions
Reservations
All reservations must be paid for within 7 days otherwise they will be released. Reservations cannot be made 7 days before an event.
Refunds
Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges
If you are unable to attend a performance that has SOLD OUT we will endeavour to re-sell your ticket(s) on your behalf at £1 administration charge per ticket, but can make no guarantee that your tickets will be re-sold as this is dependent on demand.
Babies in arms (lap seats)
There is a charge of £2 for babies in arms (under 2s) for Tiny Tots, Kids Club and pantomime performances.
Children
Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. Occasionally children over 12 will be permitted unaccompanied to age-specifis performances.
Family tickets
Our family ticket price includes 4 tickets which must include at least 1 child.
Groups
We are almost always able to offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. A group visit to the Broadway makes for an even better night out so just ask our Box Office team for details and enjoy a fabulous Broadway night out soon!
Schools tickets
School ticket prices apply to schools, sixth forms, colleges and universities and are offered for specific performances only. All children must be accompanied by and remain under the care and control of a responsible adult at all times.
Registered Disabled
We offer a concessionary rate for the registered disabled.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated in the first available seat in a suitable break in the performance. Please note some shows have a "no late comers" policy, so please do make sure you arrive in time. In this regard, it is important to note that the start time advertised on this website printed on your ticket is the scheduled start time for the show and we rarely start later than the advertised time.
Front Of House
It is against the law to smoke in the building.
Cameras, tape recorders and video equipment are not permitted.
Food and drink may not be bought into the Broadway.
Please ensure that mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are switched off during a performance.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission. The Broadway reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
