Reservations

All reservations must be paid for within 7 days otherwise they will be released. Reservations cannot be made within 7 days of an event.

Refunds

Once purchased, tickets cannot refunded. The only exception will be if the show for which tickets were purchased is cancelled.

Exchanges

Generally, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we cannot exchange tickets for alternative performances. If you are unable to attend a performance that has SOLD OUT we will endeavour to re-sell your ticket(s) on your behalf at £1 administration charge per ticket, but can make no guarantee that your tickets will be re-sold as this is dependent on demand.

Babies in arms (lap seats)

There is a charge of £2 for babies in arms (under 2s) for family performances.

Children

Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. Occasionally children over 12 will be permitted unaccompanied to age-specific performances.

Family tickets

Our family ticket price includes 4 tickets which must include at least 1 child.

Groups

We are almost always able to offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. A group visit to the Broadway makes for an even better night out so just ask our Box Office team for details and enjoy a fabulous Broadway night out soon!

Schools tickets

School ticket prices apply to schools, sixth forms, colleges and universities and are offered for specific performances only. All children must be accompanied by and remain under the care and control of a responsible adult at all times.

Registered Disabled

We offer a concessionary rate for the registered disabled.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated in the first available seat in a suitable break in the performance. Please note some shows have a "no late comers" policy, so please do make sure you arrive in time. In this regard, it is important to note that the start time advertised on this website printed on your ticket is the scheduled start time for the show and we rarely start later than the advertised time.

General

It is against the law to smoke in the building.
Cameras, tape recorders and video equipment are not permitted.
Food and drink may not be bought into the Broadway.
Please ensure that mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are switched off during a performance.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

The Broadway reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
