The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm and for about half an hour prior to event start times. Please let us know your access requirements when you book your tickets. We offer a concessionary rate for the registered disabled.
For customers who use wheelchairs we have an accessible entrance, lift and disabled toilets. We also have five spaces in the main auditorium for wheelchair users.
There are parking bays for blue badge holders on Clockhouse Avenue.
The auditorium is fitted with an infra red hearing loop system which enables customers with a hearing impairment to fully enjoy performances.
